Ingredients:
2 eggs
pinch of Salt
¼ cup milk
25 gr butter
Cooking:
- break eggs into a bowl
- add salt and milk
- stir the mixture well
- heat the pan on a high heat
- add butter
- when butter is melted pour the mixture
- cook the eggs for 1 minute on high heat
- after 1 minute low the heat and cover the pan (make sure there is place for steam to escape)
- cook for 2.5 minutes and the omelet is ready, move it to a plate and enjoy!
