Preparation:
- dice onion
- dice garlic
- cut the mushrooms into 0.5 cm strips
- heat olive oil in a pan on high heat
- add onion and cook until golden
- reduce heat and add mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are soft
- return to high heat and add tomatoes and garlic
- mix and wait until the sauce is boiling
- when the sauce is boiling, make a low heat and add salt, pepper and herbs
- cook for 15 minutes, stir the sauce every 5 minutes
